This journal was designed by someone who has had dietary struggles since 2018 and has tried countless apps and analog sources to track progress, finally coming up with this design to best understand all the components that tie together in one's daily life. This journal includes daily check-ins for those tracking their food intake for food sensitivities and reintroductions. As well as monthly check-ins to track the ups and downs in the progress of implementing new foods into one's diet.
